Gluten Free Bulgogi
Gluten Free Beef Bulgogi
2 lbs Flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain
2/3 cup Braggs liquid aminos/ or GF Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Organic cane sugar
4 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
4 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup chopped green onions
Directions
Combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and ground black pepper in a small bowl. Put beef in a gallon ziplock bag Pour marinade over beef Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably 4-5 hours
Preheat oven on broil
Layer meat on a foil lined broiling pan cut slits in foil so excess juices drain. A Foil lined cookie sheet pan works as well. Broil about 3 -5 minutes per side. It will change colors and have this lovely light crunch on the outside.
Serve with red leaf lettuce or a butter lettuce and rice. Enjoy.
